基于云呼叫的专科随访系统设计与应用

目的 配合医院随访工作的开展,开发患者随访系统,提高随访效率。方法 根据医院性质,分析随访工作需求;采用C/S三层结构,以C#SQL 2008R2作为开发工具,开发出可供全院使用的专科随访系统;通过网络服务(web service)与医院信息系统(HIS)实现数据交互。结果 系统简单易用,稳定可靠。通过个性化专科随访模板和云呼叫技术的使用,使病区随时可以开展随访工作,取得了良好的使用效果。结论 云呼叫技术专科随访系统的构建与应用,实现了随访工作的系统性和统一性,提高了随访工作效率,支持了随访工作的有序开展。

Design and Application of Specialist Follow-up System Based on Cloud-Call

Abstract Objective To support the follow-up work of the hospital, a patient follow-up system was develop to improve follow-up efficiency. Methods According to the need of the hospital, the requirements for follow up work were analyzed. By using the C/S three-layer structure and applying C# and SQL 2008R2 as development tools, a follow-up system was developed for use in the hospital; web services were used to

interact with the HIS system. Results The system is simple and easy to use, stable and reliable. With the use of personalized professional follow-up template and cloud-call technology, follow-up work in the ward can be carried out at any time, and have achieved good use effect. Conclusion The construction and application of specialist follow-up system achieved systematic and unified follow-up work. It improved the

efficiency, and supported the orderly development of follow-up work.
